The free assessment is the first step in beginning at Vero Strength. We'll give you a quick tour of the facility, but the most important aspects of this one-on-one with a trainer is the movement screen and discussion of your goals, past training history and any present or past injuries. We also sit down and answer any questions you might have about who we are and how we train. Some common questions might be:
We then determine the next best steps customized to your goals, needs, and fitness level. Expect to spend at least 30 minutes at our gym. Most of all, your first visit is a great way to determine if our gym is a good fit for you.
