If you are interested in joining our gym, the first step is the free asssesment.
For those traveling to our area, we accept drop-ins from athletes experienced in our style of training. You must email us prior to dropping in.
• Send us a message letting us know when you will be dropping in and for how long.
• You will then be prompted to schedule your class.
• Arrive a few minutes before and check-in with a coach.
• Introduce yourself and jump into class!
