“Am I too far gone?” is a question I’ve received many times over the years when someone is inquiring about starting a fitness program.
ONE HUNDRED PERCENT of the time, the answer has been “no!”
And the follow-up to that statement is, “BUT don’t waste any more time.”
Getting started can look different for everyone.
Some people need personal training to regain function while others may just need a refresher session and can jump into classes.
For some people, starting with one day a week is appropriate. Others can handle a little more.
It doesn’t matter your age, your body fat percentage, how mobile you are or aren’t, how weak or how strong, it’s never too late to take control of your health.
Being ready is a mindset. Look at yourself in the mirror, visualize the changes you want to make and say "I GOT THIS!"
