Almost There!

In 14 short days, the winner of the Paleo Challenge will be announced. From the feedback I've received, most of you have found this to be a life-changing experience and will continue on this path. I've seen some of you lose more than 15 pounds! And everyone looks fantastic – brighter skin, flatter stomachs, etc.

I will be taking "After" photos next week. You must have them taken by end of day on March 5 or you will be disqualified from the contest. And don't forget, photos aren't the only judging criteria. Food logs, performance and attitude also factor in. I'd like to see everyone's food log one final time, so please bring them to me before next week.

We are proud of everyone…you are all winners!

    Hey Kristi, Wendy deadlifted 300 pounds, go Wendy!!! and I did did 200 pounds on the deadlift. There was alot of noise going on this morning. Too bad we didn’t have a camera today, I think Wendy was making some pretty good face expressions during those lifts lol!!!

    We are getting stronger every day but some of you guys are shrinking. I can not believe how totally awesome you guys look who are doing the paleo diet contest. I can’t wait to see who wins but you all look terrific.
