“Winning” and “Losing”

As important it is to be a good loser, it's just as important to be a gracious winner. I think most of us are competitive by nature, but at CrossFit, you are only competing with yourself. Don't get frustrated with who is Rxing and who isn't, who beat you and who didn't. Work hard and attain those PERSONAL records.

Remember: there are no losers in CrossFit.

Best of luck to everyone on today’s WOD! When I noticed the box jumps towards the end I realized that it’s probably not such a bad thing that I have to miss today. My shin scab from the open house chipper box jumps only fell off yesterday! Going to be a nice CF scar for life.

  2. The WOD was rough! We had about a dozen people do it. Chris H. and I rx’ed it. John Y. rx’ed all but the deadlift. Everyone pushed themselves hard!
I am really glad I did this instead of rest. It was a great tribute to those who lost their lives.

That was a good wod. I am fried!! I am also glad I did it for the tribute to Ft. Hood and the lives that were lost and injured. We even made it without it raining on us. I will enjoy my day off tomorrow.
Great job to those who rx’d it.
