Which Body Would You Rather Have?

Which Body Would You Rather Have?

Varying your workouts, lifting heavy weights and training anaerobically (short, intense bursts) most of the time does a body good. Spending hours training in an oxidative state…not so good.

Who would you rather look like? The marathoner or the sprinter?

Workout of the Day:

For time:
Row 500 meters
150 Double-unders
50 Burpees

I’ll have to make this one up…chiropractor says no working out until I feel better ๐Ÿ™ Oh and by the way…I’de rather have the sprinter’s body than the anorexic looking marathon runner…ew

Glad this one is done! Between yesterday and today’s double unders with some burpees on the side my bunions are spent!!!!!!

Feels good that this one is over. Duds are like my golf game if you get frustrated, itโ€™s no fun. Just relax and give it your best shot. But my arms where shot after the dubs, so my burpees looked more like a beached whale flailing about. You gotta like the sprinter, he has way better shorts!

  4. No, come on guys, the sprinter has hair!!!
I am glad I finally got my duds too, and Kristi would never have beat me today if her “skinny b ” song had not come on.lol
Great job to Sandy who hung in there doing the duds today.

Marathoning is so tough on your body – that marathoner is only 18 years old. I’ll take the sprinter.

Personally, I’d like to take the body of the marathon runner. It would help out my dream of looking more like a runway model. Plus, sprinter looks like he’s been out in the Sun too long compared to Finland. I prefer pale older men. Lol jk. I think I might regret accomplishing double unders after today’s workout if I make it in….that’s a lot! To think I only did 60 yesterday. Plus, I HATE burpees with a passion!!
