  1. We haven’t done it at CFVB, but I love Mr. Joshua. It’s a hero WOD with heavy deadlifts, runs and GHD sit-ups.
I actually like Eva, mainly because it’s such a feeling of accomplishment to finish that one.
And I actually like JT with all the rope climbs, too.

Still thinking about my favorite, I am not sure yet. Kelly if you go to YOU TUBE and search Alex Fall the video is there.

sweet! I missed the chalk bucket incident, but will be sure to catch the re-run! 🙂
I’m not sure about my favorite WOD, but must say that there may be something wrong with anyone who lists one then says, ‘oh yeah, and I like this one too, and this other one too’ (hmm…Wendy?)

My favorite is any WOD I can beat Rachel on.
(Which was only 1, the walking lunge/ab one)
And my future favorite is any WOD I can beat Wendy at. I may never have another favorite WOD.

If anyone picked up a blue plastic serving spoon ,appr.10″ long and 4″ round scoop , I left it at the party saturday. Please bring it in and give to Wendy. It is part of a set. Thanks

  6. I haven’t seen it Don, but will ask around. I did find a silver metal scoop.
Everyone: Speaking of lost and found…I’ve put everything we have on a table near the office. We’ve got jewelry, towels, sweatshirts, gloves, squeeze bottles, etc. Claim yours!

I can’t say I have a favorite wod, I just like doing the workouts because everyday is so different. It is always a surprise, I love surprises. I just know I don’t like burpees and knees to elbows, its not that I can’t do them I just don’t like doing them.
