Welcome Brooks!

We would like to welcome Brooks Greenway! Brooks is a Level 1 CrossFit trainer, so he'll be coaching classes and working out at CFVB.

Besides CrossFit, Brooks has an impressive training, professional and athletic resume. He has a Master's degree in Exercise & Health Promotion, he's certified as a NCSA Strength & Conditioning Specialist and as a NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist. He is currently the Athletic Director at Master's Academy.

Brooks grew up playing soccer and headed to college on a scholarship. AN ACL injury ended his soccer career, but he later developed a passion for mountain biking. He spent two years racing for Team Ford, won a state championship and placed 8th at The ICEMAN in 2005.

We're excited to have Brooks onboard and look forward to learning from such a knowledgeable and experienced trainer!

    Congrats Wendy! Wish I could of come in to do this WOD, but I think I need to rest my knee for a few days. It’s hurting!

    I got my PR Christmas present this morning too…200 lbs! (only several hundred pounds less than Wendy, but who’s counting)

    I am so bruised on my shoulders from the front squats yesterday.
    Congrats on all the PR’s this morning, soory I missed that.

    Front Squats left my collar bone and shoulders bruise sore to the touch. Arnica cream takes away the worst of the soreness.
