50 Squats
25 Back extensions

    This pic was taken a few months back, when it was still cold in the AM. I also have them on video, rolling around…Rob acts like he was dying.

    Dumbass of the week award goes too…..
    So, I did this WOD at lunch. And I couldn’t figure out when I was done why it took me 20:25Rx when people on mainsite were all saying it took under 10 min. I was like… how the heck could they of gone twice as fast as me? I didnt stop!
    Well… I did 100m WL not 100f.
    If I can’t walk Wednesday… you all will know why.

    Kanuckles, don’t feel bad some of us in the 5 am class thought it was a 100 m WL also this morning. We were pleasantly surprised when we were able to see both orange cones marking 100 Ft!
    Rachelle, congrats on getting you’re kipping pull up this morning!
