Body maintenance is key to recovery, injury prevention and pain management. CFVB is presenting a four-class series entitled "Trigger Point and Myofascial Release for the CrossFit Athlete," led by Physical Therapist Joe Justado.

April 3 at 1 PM – Shoulder Girdle and Upper Extremities
April 10 at 1 PM – Cervical and Thoracic
April 24 at 1 PM – Lumbopelvic Complex
May 1 at 1 PM – Lower Extremities
This series will include manual therapy techniques and myofascial stretches. The cost is $20 per person per class, and will include handouts illustrating the techniques.
Participants are required to bring a pillow and towel.
