They’re Baaaaaack!

The 5 AM class is back to "normal" – Bryan, Diane, Vickie and Sandy are back from vacation. Check out the photo below of the girls doing handstands in Haiti. They reported that they kept up their workouts and they even applied CrossFit to their drinking: AMSAP (As Many Sips as Possible) in 20 minutes – Margaritas!

    Thanks Rob, you’re a great teacher!! As sore as I was from yesterday, I wasn’t sure I would be able to do those today. Great job to everyone this morning. Like Rob and Wendy said, we just need to keep practicing to get it down perfect.
    I am very glad I am back where I can let it out and be loud if I need to. There’s no Shhhhhhhh at crossfit.
