We not only offered the Lumberjack 20 on Saturday, but also on Sunday for those who missed it. It was quite an undertaking and took anywhere from 24 to 40 minutes. EVERYONE challenged themselves with weights and pushed far past their comfort zones.
The workout was a fitting tribute to those who lost their lives at Fort Hood.
