Many of you may have noticed that we are now posting an alternate workout each day. This came from a need to show how our workouts can be modified.
Many of our athletes who are just starting out should scale movement, volume or both. However, these alternate options aren’t just for beginners. If ANYONE, on any given day, feels like they don’t want to or shouldn’t complete a full workout (maybe you are a little beat up, didn’t sleep well, etc.), the alternate workout can be a great way to scale, while still getting the benefits of our program. It’s not necessary to go all-out each day (actually, it’s not advisable), so feel free to perform the alternate option whenever you feel it’s necessary. And speak up and ask a coach for guidance at any time. We got you!
