Workout of the Day
6 rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
25 Burpees (with a one-foot jump)

Set up under a bar that is one foot above your reach for the burpees. Jump and touch the bar for each burpee rep.

    I don’t think I have ever hit the floor 150 times in a workout before. This workout was very humbling to say the least. Crossfit never allows you to feel too good about yourself. I have a feeling that there is no sympathy towards a holiday weekend and that tommorrow will be a killer. I will wait until tommorrow to enjoy a couple of beers.
