The last results of our member survey are trickling in. We want to thank everyone who gave feedback – it's been very helpful and we are ecstatic that you all love our gym so much.
I'll be using this blog to announce changes and to clarify any misconceptions. So, here is the first installment…
NEW CHANGE: Several people complained about the heat in the summer. So, we are ordering and installing several ceiling fans to help with this issue. While the gym will still be sweaty (which is a good thing) it should be a little more pleasant.
CLARIFICATION: There were some comments regarding not liking some of the CrossFit exercises. Our movements all have purpose…they engage multiple body parts, they mimic movements used in real life, they are intense, they will make you faster and stronger. Most likely, if you don't enjoy an exercise, then it's probably something you need to work on. If you were left to create your own workout, you would avoid the things you don't like, so you'd never improve. Working outside your comfort zone is one of the benefits of CrossFit.
