Runners need strength, core stability, power and agility to be successful. So, we are holding a 6-week, strength and conditioning summer camp to address these needs. During the camp, which will meet twice per week, we will incorporate things like kettlebells, dumbbells, sleds, medicine balls and more.
The goal: muscular endurance and speed!
The camp will begin Tuesday, June 6 and conclude Thursday July 13, 2017.
Camp will meet at 8 AM each Tuesday and Thursday for those six weeks.
Cost is $120 per student. Age 13+
