Strength & Conditioning for Runners – Summer 2018

Runners need strength, core stability, power,

mobility and agility to be successful and stay injury-free. Our

sessions are designed to do just that.

Sessions will take place 8 AM Tuesdays and Thursdays from June 5 to July 26, $160 for 8 weeks
