Biography

Chrisie Allemand, RD, CPT, RYT is a leading nutrition authority. Her mission is to improve the eating and exercise habits of our nation; she believes it’s never too late or too early to reap the benefits of healthy living.

For Chrisie, it began when she was just 12 years old, “I was in gymnastics, waiting in line to weigh-in. I remember placing my little bare feet on the scale and waiting. My coach told me to lose weight but offered no advice on how. I tried everything and this set me up to do what I do today.”

As a nutrition expert for eHow.com, Fit Life Magazine and Inspire Health Magazine, Chrisie has shared and still shares reliable, practical, and straightforward advice that helps millions of people eat better and lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. Chrisie has helped countless people lose hundreds of pounds and put on muscle. She has also worked with professional athletes in sports like baseball, boxing, obstacle course racing and figure athletes.

Chrisie received her Bachelor degrees from Nicholls State University and Southern University and completed her dietetic internship with the Florida Department of Health. During her first few years in practice, Chrisie pushed onward with her athletic career and went on to win the Women’s Tri-Fitness World Championship – a two-day event that combines both aesthetics and athletic events including a military style obstacle course. For her efforts, Chrisie was featured in Oxygen Magazine and other printed media.

Passionate about delivering scientifically sound nutrition information, Chrisie is the chosen nutrition professional for south Florida medical spas, corporate fitness centers and individuals, like you, ready to take their body to the next level.
