Happy Friday!

Here's some accomplishments we've noticed this week:

– Don, Mazz and Chris H. got impressive PRs on the deadlift.
– Danny now has the gym record of 455# on the deadlift
– Shelli got kipping pull-ups
– Tyna is slimming down and getting strong!
– Debbie D. and Sundra have improved their form immensely, especially squats
– Kristi got into triple digits on 3 reps of the push press
