Teens

Kids get lots of personal attention and have a ton of fun. Great for student athletes and those wanting to learn some new skills.

For time –

800 m run
50 burpees
1000 m row
50 pull-ups

Then,

"Bonus"
10 glute-ham raises x 3 sets
15 toes to bar (try to go unbroken) x 3 sets
