Beginner Barbell

Our beginner barbell sessions for September are as follows:

Wednesday, September 7 at 7 AM

Wednesday, September 21 at 6 AM

These sessions are free to members and you

will spend an hour with Liz fine-tuning your lifts.

Also, don’t forget: yoga each saturday at 10 AM with Rana. $5 members/$10 non-members, bring a mat.

LABOR DAY SCHEDULE (Monday, September 5) – 8 & 9 AM only

Workout of the Day
Every minute for 5 minutes: 1 squat snatch + 1 hang squat snatch
– rest 2 minutes
Every :30 for 3 minutes: 1 squat snatch

Tempo Back squat: 3×3 (light to establish movement pattern)
1 tempo back squat + 3 back squat: 5 sets of the complex

3 sets of:
10 Russian KB swings
100 m Farmers carry
100 m Sled sprint
