Barbells for Boobs at CrossFit Fort PierceĀ 

CrossFit Fort Pierce is hosting a Barbells for Boobs fundraiser/grand opening at their new location on October 8 from 10 AM to 2 PM. Barbells for Boobs supports breast cancer research and October is breast cancer awareness month.

CFFP is a fun crew and the workout they have programmed for the event is a partner “Grace meets Helen.” If you’d like to participate, visit their event link below:

Reminder: yoga this Saturday with Rana at 10 AM. This will be our final month of yoga, as there hasn’t been enough consistent interest in the class. We will do special sessions now and then in the future.
