Nutrition Seminar Today

Some reminders for today’s seminar:

  1. If you haven’t signed up, you are still welcome to attend. Don’t miss out!
  2. If you are attending, please bring a chair
  3. You will have an hour lunch break (you may leave or pack a lunch. you can use the refrigerator in the lobby).
  4. No yoga today.
  5. No 9 AM class today (6, 7 and 8 AM only)
