Of all the movements we use in CrossFit, what are you best at?


Workout of the Day:

Clean one rep every minute on the minute for 15 minutes.

Record weight of highest and lowest reps.

    Tara, the question was what CF movement are you best at.
    We have all heard the rumors around town about your snatch before CF even opened.

    My favorite movement in Crossfit for me so far has been the split jerk. I did it for the first time a couple of weeks ago and was able to get up to 120#. It’s the movement I have felt most comfortable with and can’t wait until it comes up again to see if I can get a new PR. My snatch is not as good as Tara’s and still needs work. I guess I’m better with the jerking motion than my snatch. 😉 Oh and I love when runs come up in WODs…but that’s not really a crossfit movement.

    I am going with the rope climb. It may not fit into the Crossfit move, But there is nowhere else in Vero you can do one! I was able to do my first no feet ascend from a seated position this AM.
