There is nothing more frustrating than a plateau.You lost weight fast when you first started CrossFit, now the scale won't budge. Or you were consistently getting stronger and PRing workouts, but now you feel like you are in a rut.
The answer, many times, is nutrition. Are you eating enough protein? Are you drinking too much alcohol? Eating too many carbs? Not eating many vegetables or healthy fats?
If you are hitting a plateau, take an honest look at what you do outside the gym and you will probably find your answer.
