Ladies: plan on attending a pelvic floor class that we will be hosting July 12 at 6 PM. The session will be led by Sherri Lorraine, PT, DPT, Ph.D. and will focus on the “Inner Core” and how it functions. A strong Inner Core = Injury Prevention and Increased Function!
We’ve seen women, particularly those who have given birth, suffer from issues related to their core. In fact, it’s a very common problem. So, this is a must-attend!
The class is free and open to all gym members.
