Paleo Recipe Resources

Paleo Recipe Resources

Eating Paleo isn't hard, but it does require some education and planning. Below, I've listed some Paleo blogs that contain lots of recipes. Even if you don't fancy yourself a great cook, you should learn some basic recipes and techniques so you don't get bored eating the same thing all the time…chicken and broccoli can get old fast! At the very least, learn to experiment with herbs and spices.

Note the lack of comments on the Paleo Posting… This may have something to do with the multiple homemade christmas cookies that people are shoveling into their faces while reading this post at work. (Present company not included of course!)
I mean why would I succumb to the temptation of a red and green tin containing cookies with reeses peanut butter cups on top? Who do you take me as?

  2. This post was actually by request. Just because you’re weak doesn’t mean the rest are!
I better not see peanut butter crumbs on your upper lip again today.

Sorry Kanuckles, I was one of the ones who requested the Paleo tutorial. I’m going to need all the help I can get if I want to even partially succeed at this.
I’m smart, you see…I had my cookie party early in the month so that I’m sick of cookies by the time I’m making resolutions!

Debbie, I was just messin… Paleo is a great resolution! I am going back on it as soon as Christmas is over. I always feel better when I eat ‘caveman’.
Wendy, I’m going to do the WOD at home today because my sister is in town and I’m scared of you.
