Eating Paleo isn't hard, but it does require some education and planning. Below, I've listed some Paleo blogs that contain lots of recipes. Even if you don't fancy yourself a great cook, you should learn some basic recipes and techniques so you don't get bored eating the same thing all the time…chicken and broccoli can get old fast! At the very least, learn to experiment with herbs and spices.
