    Great job on the WOD 7am class…Sib’s right I would challenge the 6am class any day! (as long as it’s a run/no heavy weight) haha…I must say February’s Painstorm was a killa but not as bad as 100 DB hanging squat cleans…I’ll be in tonight to do (sigh) Stephen
