Because so many of you want to improve your diet in 2010, we will be holding a "Paleo 101" class on Tuesday, January 5 at 6 PM. During this session, I will review the basics of the Paleo diet, answer questions, give tips and hand out food lists.

4 rounds for time:

50 double unders
30 sit-ups
20 pistols, alternating

    I can’t quite get the double unders, I guess that will have to be one of my resolutions for the new year along with trying to get ONE muscle up. First thing will have to be no more sugar come Jan.1, 2010. I will be there at your Paleo 101 party.

    I am definitely in for the Paleo chit chat. I also am in for the 8 week paleo competition. You can’t keep me away from a challenge like that. I am a little concerned though that Kristi is participating. I like my chances better if she’s not doing it!
