In anticipation of the 2017 CrossFit Open, we are offering a series of clinics that will focus on movements typically seen over the 5-week competition. Please
review the schedule below and note any pre-requisites. All clinics are free of charge to current members. Our goal in these sessions is to evaluate where you are in certain skills and suggest progressions to get you to full, efficient movement.
Tuesday January 3 at 5:30 PM
Ring and Bar
*prerequisite: ability to 3 consecutive strict pull-ups + 3 consecutive strict ring dips
Muscle-ups
*prerequisite: ability to 3 consecutive strict pull-ups + 3 consecutive strict ring dips
Tuesday January 17 at 5:30 PM
Kipping toes-to-bar, pull-ups, and chest-to-bar pull-ups
Tuesday January 24 at 5:30 PM
Snatch, clean, and overhead squat (touch-and-go technique)
Saturday January 28 at 10 AM
Handstand push-ups, double-unders, burpees, and rowing
Tuesday February 7 at 5:30 PM
Shoulder-to-overhead cycling, clean and jerk and thrusters
Saturday February 18 at 10 AM
Open style workout utilizing techniques learned.
