Vero Beast Partner Throwdown 

Reminder: you have until November 12 to sign up (sheet in lobby) for the Vero Beast Partner Throwdown.

We will have one workout and one special test to be completed by partners

(same gender) in Scaled, Masters 40+ and Rx divisions.

It’s free to sign up and we will have prizes from Progenex, Rx Bar, XEndurance, etc.

We will have a few teams from nearby gyms…fun starts at 9 AM!

Need a partner? Send me an email and I will do my best to match you up. I

am currently looking for a scaled male.
