7 Foods Experts Won't Eat

Food quality counts! Read why the following foods aren't optimal (link follows list) and what are the better choices to make:

1. Canned tomatoes
2. Corn-fed beef
3. Microwave popcorn
4. Conventionally-grown potatoes
5. Farmed salmon
6. Milk produced with artificial hormones
7. Conventional apples

    Omg I hope Frankie sees this!! If he owned his own Crossfit this would be his exact method of coaching and motivation with the the same dance moves and song choice. Lol Rob would never do that. If he did I would drop my weight and join him bc I know it would be a once and a life time moment. 🙂
