Spotlight – Jeana Dockham

When I look at Jeana, I think of the Shakespeare quote “though she be but little, she is fierce!”
Jeana packs a whole lot of life, power and fun into her tiny little frame. This month, she celebrates a year at CFVB; and from the get-go (her first assessment session) she has been on fire! Jeana puts everything she’s got into her workouts, taking her training sessions seriously and

appreciating the coaching she receives.  She’s got a stellar attitude, she’s always smiling and is never too uptight to laugh at herself. And you will see by her bio she loves adventure.

Hobbies:  Exploring our world!!!  Dive, dance, ski. Playing with my dogs.
