Paleo Challenge – Final Week
It's the final week of the Paleo Challenge – time flies! I need to take or receive all "after" photos by Friday.
Some of you are doing great. The girls in particular are kicking butt. Some started strong and have fizzled a bit. A few never really gave it a good shot. If you are one of the people who wasted last 7 weeks, ask yourself why.
It's NEVER too late! And now that we are officially in holiday season, there is never a better time to start. I can guarantee you that a healthy diet will translate into a clearer mind, a fitter body, and an overall "better you."
