Advice from Camille 

The “world’s fittest woman,” CrossFit Champ Camille Leblanc-Bazinet, has some advice that us mere mortals can benefit from. They include training smart, believing in yourself and not making excuses. My favorite is that “success is a journey, not a destination.”
