Trigger Foods

Everyone has a food that, once they start eating it, they can't stop. One bite turns into a total binge…and then regret. It is best to totally avoid these triggers, as common sense or the 80/20 rule doesn't even come into play.

Think about this, especially in preparation of the holiday food fest!

Mark's Daily Apple wrote a blog post recently about Gateway Foods. It can be found HERE.

What is your gateway food? Post to comments.

Really??? No Trigger foods for you people??!!
I think I have more than one but I know that I have a hard time having just one BBQ Kettle cooked potato chip. There are a few of my friends who would probably say the same thing 😉
