Class Cancellations on Friday Afternoon

As many of you know, my younger brother, Neil, was killed in a car accident early Monday morning. He was a big part

of CrossFit Vero Beach and was one of our first coaches when we opened. Although he lived in Melbourne the past few years, he was still involved with the gym and participated in all of our events. Many of you became good friends with him and were lucky enough to get to know how warm, funny, passionate, kind and selfless he was.

A celebration of his life will be held Friday at 3 PM at Cox-Gifford-Seawinds Funeral Home. Therefore, we will be cancelling afternoon classes, as all of our coaches knew and loved Neil and will be attending.

We are still holding the Vero Beast Partner Throwdown on Saturday…thanks for your understanding and all of the support we have received. We truly feel the love and it’s helping us through this unimaginable situation.
