It’s that time again! We’ve set CharityWOD for April 4!

CharityWOD is our annual partner throwdown for a cause. Each year, we choose one local charity to receive the money we raise for this event. In the past, we’ve given thousands of dollars to amazing charities like The Gifford Youth Orchestra, Sunday Strong, I Am Adaptive and more. 

WE NEED YOUR HELP: Please nominate a local charity by February 28. Email the name of charity, contact information, their mission and any important details that will help us make a decision. All nominations can be sent to Wendy at contact@verostrength.com

As for the event, CharityWOD is a single workout where OPPOSITE-sex teams of two compete against one another in three divisions: Rx, scaled and Masters. It’s more fun than competition! Stay tuned for workout standards, but you can start assembling your teams now. The entry fee is $50 per team and entire amount goes to the charity. A sign-up sheet will be posted at the gym.

We follow it up with an annual party that afternoon. Details to be released later.
