New Training Phase

Today marks the beginning of a new training phase. Here’s what you will have to look forward to:

  • Olympic lifts integrated into strength circuits (i.e. paired with other strength exercises)
  • Compound lifts and movements followed by single-joint movements.
  • Focus on balancing each side of the body with unilateral movements.
  • Integrating suspension training (TRX) into the weekly programming.

As always, we will have aerobic capacity days, interval training, etc. in order to hit different energy systems and give your body a break from resistance training.
