15 Kettlebells swings – 35#

    Kristi, you are right it was an intense 15 minutes and always something new to learn! I just finished watching the ball slam video on the main site, they are so helpful. Brian you were cranking the amrap out while Diane and I were doing all of the grunting!

    Thanks Wendy. I ran out of almond butter and was at Target and they carried it so I thought I would give it a try.
    Gotta love the grunters in the 5 AM group 🙂 I guess I need to work on mine so I can fit in?

    Yea, Bryan came back with some real energy today. I was sucking air so the grunting really got loud. Sue and I need a little help from you other girls, make some noise!!

    Thanks Wendy! I also looked at the ball slam demo, I am in there with the Good, Bad and the Ugly, only problem, there was more Bad and Ugly than there was good. ha!!

  6. just checked out the last few weeks of the blogs and I so miss crossfit…boo whoo..:0)I feel so lost here in NY…I haven’t worked out..(If you consider lifting heavy furniture working out) 3 weeks…Congrats on Charlie and Sue…You guys will be great.Sari keep up the great job..nice pic..Miss you guys and I will be stalking the bloggs…LOL..

  7. Hey Wendy..I’m in Clifton pk…I think there is one in Albany..Which i have no idea where anything is yet. LOl..The ymca here is great..It has a lot of machines tredmills-elipticals stair climbers..but not the same atmosphere. I hate to say it but my husband holds me back…He is SO OUT OF SHAPE>>I can’t get him to work out like I like..
