Good Habits

I came across an article that details habits of successful people. Among these are:

  • Get an early start to the day
  • Exercise
  • Eat a healthy breakfast
  • Positive visualization
  • Connecting to the right people

You can read entire post HERE.

I feel many of these suggestions are at the heart of what we preach at CrossFit. What can you do to be more productive? Anything missing from the list? Post to comments.

ENERGY! It is very difficult to accomplish anything unless you have the energy to do it. Crossfit along with some diet changes has definitely made me more fit, more mobile, and more energetic!

    (1) Anyone…everyone has some kind of knowledge or experience to share…knowledge to that can be useful and experience, whether bad or good that will arm you for the future. Make that person feel important and hang onto their every word.
(2)Make as many mistakes as you can in the shortest amount of time as possible – this will ensure you smoother sailing with confidence in the immediate future.

I think laughing is some of the best medicine! I don’t know if I would consider it a habit. But If you can find laughter in your day everyday. You will feel so much better.

… If you don’t like it- change it. If you can’t change it, change your perception of it. (Kind of goes along with gratitude & positive thinking.)

I like to follow Rob’s example for excellence in life…..Mobilize before you do anything and take naps whenever possible!
