Summer Camps

Don’t forget, we have some great summer camps planned!

For kids 5-11, Christina is offering two, week-long camps. The dates are June 22-26 and July 20-24, 9 AM to noon. Lots of fun activities are on the agenda, as well as healthy snacks. See info below.

For high school and college athletes, we are planning a Summer Power Camp. Lifting, plyometrics, sleds, sprints, etc. will be incorporated to give these athletes an edge in the off-season. Camps starts June 10 and runs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays all summer at 10:30 AM. We are enrolling now and will also hold a free session on Monday, June 8 at 10:30 AM for those interested in learning more. You must RSVP for this session. See more:

Workout of the Day
Barbell warm-up/drills

Every 2 minutes for 14 minutes/7 sets:
2 Hang Power Snatch (below knee)
– 60-70%

2 x 10 steps overhead walking lunge

For time:
10 Muscle-ups (scaled = 20 pull-ups)
20 deficit handstand push-ups (men, hands on 45# bumpers, women on 25# bumpers)
100 double-unders
