We are working on cleans today. Pay close attention to the images below (and by the way, she is cleaning 312#).

Workout of the Day:

Clean pulls 5×2 DEMO VIDEO note, we’d like you to keep your heels down
Cleans 3-2-2-1-1-1 DEMO VIDEO catch in a full squat

3 x 5  L-pull-ups (if 5 is easy, do max effort)

Four rounds for time of –
5 clean & jerk 185/120
30 double-unders

    And what’s more – everyone’s technique looked really good. I think working on form at percentages the last several weeks without worrying about maxing has really made a difference.
