CFVB represented at the Life as RX CrossFit Throwdown this weekend. Marco got 3rd in the Men's division and Rachel and I got 2nd and 3rd, respectively. This was Neil first CrossFit competition and he and Rob killed it, too!
The WODs were:
#1 – As many reps as possible in 10 minutes – snatch 135/95
#2 – AMRAP in 10 minutes : 250 m row, max jerks 135/95. Your score is the number of jerks you got
#3 – 3 rounds of a heavy KB swing, bear crawl, burpee, sprint, thruster, sprint, burpee, bear crawl…while wearing a weighted vest 40/20.
