A Word About Saturdays

We’ve gotten great feedback on doing the Oly lifts on Saturday mornings, however the classes are getting bottlenecked because we start the timed metcon too late in the hour. So, if you want to practice these lifts, you need to be ready on the hour and spend the allotted time and move on. That means getting here before the class time to warm up. We will start the metcon on time from now on – we wait for no one! (and don’t use that as an excuse to miss the burpee workout below!)

Workout of the Day: 

15 minutes: pick one Olympic lift and practice. The goal is not to PR, but to build good technique.

For time –
40 burpees
50 double unders
30 burpees
40 double unders
20 burpees
30 double-unders
Row 1000 meters
