30-Day Challenge

It’s time for another 30-day Paleo Challenge. Are you ready to change your life…for real this time?

If you are one of those people who proclaim to “eat good,” but you’re stuck at your current body composition, then you really aren’t eating as well as you think. Not only will a Paleo diet give you the physique you want, but it will also result in better skin, improved sleep, a clearer mind and better performance in the gym.

The official dates of the Challenge are May 24 – June 22.  I will hold an info session on May 22 at 5:30 PM for those of you who have questions and/or are new to Paleo. For those who have been down this road before, attending the info session is not required.

Sign up by May 17! I will email you the Challenge packet and rules so you can read them before the Q & A session on May 23.

Requirements:
– $25 entry fee
– Strict Paleo for 30 days – no cheats! No sugar, no alcohol, no wheat, no dairy…no excuses.
– You will post your food log on the Challenge message board
– You will submit Before and After photos

At the end of the 30 days, we will choose one winner who will receive a free month at CFVB and cash. The winner is chosen based on change in before and after photos; attitude; food log and consistency in the gym.

Who is in?

Bonus Read: PALEO CHEATS – this article has a few recipes for cheat meals, while still staying Paleo. Notice that honey, maple syrup, dark chocolate and protein powder are cheats and shouldn’t be enjoyed daily. Why? Paleo sweeteners are still sugar and protein powder isn’t real food.

Four rounds for time of –
7 thrusters 135/95

I know it made a huge difference fast! Only a couple of vices I’m not sure I can live without… Coffee creamer and wine topping the list…but I love the ‘cheats’

You can do it. It’s only for 30 days, then you can add those things back in sparingly. Doing this makes you realize how much cleaning up you really have to do.

Might be joining in…I was really looking forward to another one. Have some busy weekends coming up but I guess there is never the “perfect” time to do it. Just gotta modify.

Amy – major props to you…you keep looking better and better. There is always an excuse and never a perfect time. You just have to commit.
