It’s time for another 30-day Paleo Challenge. Are you ready to change your life…for real this time?
If you are one of those people who proclaim to “eat good,” but you’re stuck at your current body composition, then you really aren’t eating as well as you think. Not only will a Paleo diet give you the physique you want, but it will also result in better skin, improved sleep, a clearer mind and better performance in the gym.
The official dates of the Challenge are May 24 – June 22. I will hold an info session on May 22 at 5:30 PM for those of you who have questions and/or are new to Paleo. For those who have been down this road before, attending the info session is not required.
Sign up by May 17! I will email you the Challenge packet and rules so you can read them before the Q & A session on May 23.

– You will post your food log on the Challenge message board
– You will submit Before and After photos
At the end of the 30 days, we will choose one winner who will receive a free month at CFVB and cash. The winner is chosen based on change in before and after photos; attitude; food log and consistency in the gym.

Bonus Read: PALEO CHEATS – this article has a few recipes for cheat meals, while still staying Paleo. Notice that honey, maple syrup, dark chocolate and protein powder are cheats and shouldn’t be enjoyed daily. Why? Paleo sweeteners are still sugar and protein powder isn’t real food.
