For those of you who successfully completed the 2-week strict Paleo "detox," I say "Congrats!"
You're probably wondering what happens now. In a nutshell – you keep it going, but allow yourself a little room for cheats. I recommend staying strict during the week and then enjoying a few special treats on the weekend, without going off the rails.
Anyone who wants to continue to keep checking in with their food log (accountability works!) can feel free to do so. We would love to help.
