Paleo Challenge – Step 1

I sent allĀ 32 of you registered for the 30-day challenge the info packet (except Andrea – I need your email). If you haven’t received it, check your bulk mail folder. If it’s still not there, shoot me an email at [email protected] .

I want to reiterate that the meeting on the 23rd at 5:30 PM is a Q&A session. You should have already read the packet. Take notes and bring your inquiries.

Oly Lift – train the snatch, clean or jerk for 15 minutes
