penalty for each missed squat clean: 25 double unders

Three rounds, untimed
10 toes to bar (unbroken)
10 chest to floor push-ups (unbroken)

    Wow! Thanks everyone for the support and sweet feedback! This has been a goal of mine for quite some time now and I am sure you can see by my reaction that I am very excited about finally reaching this goal. Thanks so much Wendy and Rob for continously motivating and pushing me to get it and thanks to Charlie, Sue, Diane, Brooks, Elliot, Rachel, Kelly, Chris, John, Danny, and Joey who gave me pointers along the way. Next goal is to be able to do these in a wod one day and if that happens you better turn the volume way down 🙂
