Many of you have benefitted from our hour-long personal sessions, but we saw a need to offer a shorter option. So, we are rolling out 1/2 hour personals for $40 per session. These are perfect for things like skill development (for instance, you want to work on gymnastics one-on-one), brushing up on the lifts, extra training, etc.
